We are seeking for Senior Technical Lead - ServiceNow Position
Position Details:
Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)
Location: Remote
Timings : Regular working hours, hybrid mode of work
Experience
10 to 12 years of overall ServiceNow platform experience
2 to 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) implementation experience
Experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams
Experience delivering at least 2 full-cycle IRM/TPRM implementations preferred
Mandatory Certifications
The candidate must possess the following certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM/Risk & Compliance
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – TPRM
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow GRC / IRM / TPRM Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform, deep understanding of governance, risk, compliance, vendor risk management processes, and proven leadership capabilities to guide developers, conduct design reviews, and ensure delivery excellence.
Technical Leadership
Lead ServiceNow IRM and TPRM solution design and implementation activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior consultants.
Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce development standards and best practices.
Drive technical workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
Estimate effort, identify technical risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
IRM / GRC Implementation
Design and implement ServiceNow IRM modules including:
Policy & Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Enterprise Risk Management
Operational Risk Management
