As the Aggregator Liberty Network Services is looking to hire Liberty Advisers/Brokers in NSW.
Role Description The Liberty Adviser/Broker is a full-time, self employed role in NSW. This can be a Work from Home Role of Office Based.
You will be responsible for guiding customers through lending options and tailored financial solutions. In this role, the adviser/broker meets with clients, assesses their financial needs and goals, and recommends appropriate products from an extensive panel of lenders in line with lending criteria and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include managing a pipeline of applications, preparing and submitting loan documentation, and following up to ensure timely approvals and settlements.
The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and referral partners, providing clear, transparent communication at every stage of the lending process. The adviser/broker is expected to stay informed about the panel's product offerings, market trends, and compliance obligations, while building a successful business, all with the backing of a very well known brand.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in lending, mortgage broking, or financial advising, with strong knowledge of consumer and/or commercial lending products.
Solid customer service and relationship management skills, including the ability to listen, understand diverse customer needs, and communicate complex information clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with competence in assessing financial information, interpreting credit policies, and identifying suitable solutions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to responsible lending and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with digital tools and CRM or loan origination systems, and confidence working in a data-driven environment.
Relevant qualifications in finance, business, economics, or a related field; industry accreditations or broking certifications are advantageous. A minimum requirement of a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking OR a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Management is required to fulfill this role. Can also be completed prior to commencement.
Ability to work effectively autonomously and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
