What You'll Do
Business Development & Marketing: Use established digital marketing strategies and modern tools to generate and engage prospective inquiries.
Conduct Introductory Conversations: Lead structured conversations with professionals interested in learning more about our programs and business framework.
Assess Alignment: Ask thoughtful questions, understand individual goals, and determine whether there is an appropriate fit.
Present Educational Solutions: Introduce established professional growth and success education programs using structured presentation resources.
Manage Follow-Up: Maintain professional communication with prospective candidates throughout the information and decision-making process.
Develop Your Own Capability: Participate in ongoing training, leadership development, and professional education.
What We're Looking For
You'll likely have 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within business development, sales, consulting, management, account management, client engagement, leadership, or another commercially focused environment.
You will also bring:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking with experienced professionals and business leaders
A consultative rather than high-pressure approach
Commercial awareness and sound professional judgement
The ability to work independently and manage your own priorities
A willingness to learn and follow an established framework
