This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Auxiliar de Atendimento aos Cursistas based in Brazil.
This role is focused on delivering an excellent support experience to postgraduate and extension students.
You will provide assistance across phone, digital channels, and student support groups, helping resolve operational questions efficiently.
The position combines direct student interaction with academic administration and back-office activities.
You will also support live classes, mentoring sessions, and other synchronous learning experiences.
A key part of the role is identifying students at risk of dropping out and taking proactive steps to improve retention.
