Project Research Specialist (Remote | Philippines | Independent Contractor)
Join Fairview, a leading Australian construction solutions company, and help drive our sales pipeline through project research and data management. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to identify construction opportunities, manage Salesforce records, and support our Sales team with accurate project information.
What you'll do: ✅ Research construction projects and opportunities
✅ Maintain and update Salesforce records
✅ Qualify leads and coordinate handovers to Sales Consultants
✅ Monitor project pipelines and ensure data accuracy
✅ Support reporting and process improvements
What we're looking for: ✔ Strong research and data management skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✔ Construction industry experience is a plus
