Role Description The Vice-President of Innovation is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving innovation strategy and execution across iFAST Corporation. This role leads the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies, products, and business models that align with the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing innovation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing innovation pipelines from concept to commercialization. The Vice-President will analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive developments to inform strategic initiatives and partnerships. This position also involves building a culture of experimentation, establishing frameworks for assessing new ideas, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, assess market trends, and derive actionable insights.
Proven experience in strategic planning and developing innovation roadmaps that support business growth and transformation.
Demonstrated project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams and delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
Experience cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry stakeholders, and other external collaborators.
Research skills to systematically explore emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform innovation decisions.
Extensive leadership experience in innovation, product development, or digital transformation, preferably within fintech or financial services.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
Track record of fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Advanced degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in an innovation leadership role is highly valued.
