Chief Strategy Officer

Role Description The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and driving the long-term strategic vision of Flawless Entertainment. This role oversees the development and implementation of business strategies that support growth, operational excellence, and market differentiation in talent and event management. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analyses, leading strategic planning sessions, aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives, and collaborating with executive leadership on key initiatives and investments. The CSO will monitor performance against strategic targets, identify new business opportunities and partnerships, and guide cross-functional teams through change and transformation projects. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are understood, executed, and adjusted as needed.
Qualifications
Strong Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills to design, evaluate, and implement long-term initiatives.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess market trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Solid Finance knowledge to manage budgets, evaluate investments, and understand financial implications of strategic choices.
Proven Executive Management experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience in entertainment, events, or related industries is highly beneficial, with a global perspective preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive organizational change, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA or similar) or equivalent experience in strategy, business, or management.
