This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Operations Generalist based in Brazil.
This is a hands-on People Operations role supporting a rapidly growing, globally distributed technology organization.
You will help manage and improve employee lifecycle processes, systems, and programs across a remote workforce.
The role combines operational ownership with opportunities to redesign workflows and introduce automation and AI.
You will work across HR systems, global employment models, EOR partners, benefits, compliance, and employee support.
As the organization expands internationally, you will contribute to building scalable and efficient People practices.
