This is a remote opportunity supporting the coordination and delivery of professional training programs across Brazil and Latin America.
You will manage training logistics from scheduling through post-training follow-up, helping ensure every session runs smoothly.
The role involves close collaboration with instructors, learners, clients, Sales, and internal teams across a global environment.
You will maintain training data and systems, coordinate resources, and provide responsive support to participants and instructors.
Your attention to detail will help ensure accurate records, reliable delivery, and a consistently strong customer experience.
The position also offers opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting, and operational workflows.
Occasional travel may be required, while the primary work model is home-based in Brazil.
