Full-Cycle Sales Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Representative based in South Africa.
This is a high-ownership sales role within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment serving field service and operations businesses.
You will own the complete sales funnel, from inbound lead response and outbound prospecting through discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
As the first dedicated sales hire, you will have direct visibility with the founder and meaningful influence over how the sales function evolves.
The role combines software subscriptions with professional services and onboarding packages, requiring strong consultative selling and closing skills.
You will manage your own pipeline, maintain rigorous CRM discipline, and follow established sales processes with minimal supervision.
Your insights will also help shape messaging, ICP definitions, product feedback, and scalable sales processes.
