💻 Work Type: Work From Home (WFH)
🕒 Shift: Rotational Night Shift (schedule assigned by the Operations Team)
💰 Salary: RM6,000++ (Hourly Rate + Allowances)
What You’ll Do
Provide real-time interpretation between English- and Mandarin-speaking individuals.
Handle calls across various industries, including education, healthcare, insurance, banking, and more.
Ensure clear, accurate, and professional communication throughout each call.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive or personal information.
Requirements
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong speaking and listening skills.
Comfortable working rotational night shifts based on a fixed schedule provided by the Operations Team.
Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Comfortable handling sensitive, confidential, or emotionally challenging conversations.
Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
