🌟 We’re Hiring: Pre-Primary Teacher / Early Years Educator
📍 Work Location: Kompally, Hyderabad
⚠️ Candidates must be willing to work from the Kompally campus. Relocation to Hyderabad/Kompally is mandatory if currently based elsewhere.
Northfield International School is looking for a warm, energetic and committed Pre-Primary Teacher who can create an engaging, nurturing and joyful learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Develop early literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills
• Use activity-based, play-based and experiential learning approaches
• Maintain an organised, safe and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe and track each child’s learning and developmental progress
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns
• Participate actively in school events and classroom activities
• Work collaboratively with the academic team
• Encourage independence, confidence, creativity and positive behaviour
Candidate Requirements
• Graduate with a relevant Early Childhood / Montessori / Pre-Primary teaching qualification preferred
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Good classroom management and child-handling skills
• Creative, energetic and comfortable conducting hands-on activities
• Prior experience teaching Pre-Primary / Early Years students
• Cambridge / IB / International School experience preferred
• Candidates from CBSE backgrounds with strong Early Years experience may also apply
• Comfortable using technology and digital resources in the classroom

This is a full-time, on-campus position at Kompally, Hyderabad. Candidates applying from outside Hyderabad must be willing to relocate. Please apply only if the work location and relocation requirement are acceptable.
