Role Description The Senior ServiceNow Developer will work Remote in Hyderabad, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing customized ServiceNow solutions, developing server-side scripts and integrations, and configuring workflows, forms, and business rules. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring solutions follow best practices and organizational standards. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, support upgrades, and maintain documentation to ensure stable and secure platform operation.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with 6 years experience in at least one modern programming language commonly used with ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript).
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including REST APIs, integrations, and server-side scripting.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in enterprise software solutions.
Practical experience with ServiceNow development (forms, workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, integrations) is highly preferred.
Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and document technical implementations clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
CSA or CAD certifications are preferred
