Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Udaipur. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and plans, and ensuring that concepts meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project needs, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and reviewing design feasibility and budget considerations. The role involves integrating structural, mechanical, and electrical components into cohesive design solutions, monitoring project progress, and making necessary design adjustments. The Architect will also contribute to project documentation, quality assurance, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, technical drawings, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and overseeing design execution through project completion.
Candidates should possess skills in Integration and Software Development, including the use of design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and the ability to integrate multiple systems into the overall architectural plan.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to balance functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and cost.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications or registration, is preferred.
Prior experience in architectural projects, familiarity with local regulations in Udaipur/Rajasthan, and knowledge of sustainable and contemporary design practices are beneficial.
