Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at BuildBane. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring progress against milestones. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, facilitating communication between builders and founders, preparing status reports, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The role involves coordinating logistics, tracking dependencies, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements, support collaborative workflows within the platform, and ensure that all project activities align with BuildBane’s goals for connectivity and growth.
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including scope definition, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
Expeditor and Expediting experience to accelerate activities, remove bottlenecks, and maintain timely delivery
Inspection capabilities to verify quality, compliance with standards, and completeness of project deliverables
Logistics Management skills to organize resources, manage dependencies, and support remote, distributed teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones
Proficiency with project management tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in startup, technology, or network-based platforms is beneficial
