About the Role
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to manage and streamline the onboarding process for new B2B clients. The role will involve coordinating with clients, collecting and validating KYC and business documents, ensuring accurate data entry, and working closely with internal teams to activate clients on the platform.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in client onboarding, KYC, verification, documentation, or B2B operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new B2B clients.
Communicate with clients to collect required KYC and business documents.
Verify and validate submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure client information is correctly captured in internal systems/CRM.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams for successful client activation.
Follow up with clients for pending documents, information, or clarifications.
Conduct basic KYC and client verification as per company policies.
Ensure all onboarding documentation is properly maintained and updated.
Monitor onboarding status and ensure clients are activated within the defined TAT.
Identify discrepancies or incomplete information and coordinate for resolution.
Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and prepare regular status reports.
Handle client queries related to the onboarding and activation process.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, KYC, Verification, B2B Operations, Customer Operations, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with defined targets and TATs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Prior experience in the Travel/OTA/B2B Travel industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in B2B client onboarding or KYC verification will be preferred.
Experience dealing with travel agents, corporate clients, vendors, or business partners will be an advantage.
Should be comfortable working from the office and following a 6-day working week.
Should have a professional approach towards client communication and documentation.
Should be flexible for 2:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m. shifts
