Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to create accurate 3D building models and construction documentation using Revit, supporting architectural design and coordination across project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on design intent, sketches, and drawings
Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design documents to produce accurate models
Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings from BIM models
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other discipline teams to resolve clashes and design conflicts
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and family libraries
Update models based on RFIs, design changes, and client feedback
Prepare construction documents, schedules, and material take-offs from BIM models
Ensure models comply with project LOD (Level of Development) requirements
