The Position
工作内容与职责
熟悉相关地区渠道和客户状况，执行经销商和零售商管理要求和布局计划；根据公司策略计划以及区域计划，制定每个客户商业计划，推进计划实施，跟踪和评估结果
执行所属客户供应链管理及数据管理要求
协助执行所属省/市招标和价格谈判
执行所属关键医院准入计划，负责所属关键医院客户计划的制定；负责建立与所属关键医院的合作关系
根据业务发展趋势和总部策略计划，发掘新业务模式和创新型业务项目，提供生态合作方案
日常工作管理
所需能力与要求
大学以上学历，医药相关专业，5年及以上医药销售相关工作经验；
具有谈判影响能力，能够抓住对方观点中的关键信息，了解事件发生的过程或项目推动的障碍原因；基于多方信息，能够独立制定出多元化的谈判方案以及备选方案；能够根据情况需要，有选择的使用不同的方法在谈判中清晰阐述给客户；
掌握专业知识和办公技能，能提供建议和解决方案；
具备数据信息收集管理能力，制定个人工作计划，通过项目推动与客户建立合作关系；
掌握项目管理基本知识和技能及工具，能根据客户需求整合资源提供方案
