About The Role
We are seeking an energetic, deeply curious Software Engineer to join our fast-paced, high-growth engineering team. What You'll Do
Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs utilizing Node.js and MongoDB.
Full-Stack Execution: Deliver seamless, responsive user experiences across the entire MERN stack, bridging the gap between React.js frontends and data-intensive backends.
AI-Augmented Engineering: Leverage modern AI coding assistants (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, or Claude) to accelerate coding, automate testing, and debug faster.
Collaborate for Impact: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Scale & Optimize: Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and optimize database queries to support a rapidly expanding user base.
What We're Looking For
Core Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven software engineering experience, specifically focused on the MERN stack.
Backend Depth: Strong command of Node.js and MongoDB. You must be comfortable with complex schema design, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization.
Frontend Proficiency: Good understanding of React.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and component-based architecture.
Forward-Thinking Workflow: Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into your development process to improve code quality and velocity.
The Right Mindset: You bring high energy and relentless curiosity. You aren't afraid to dive into unfamiliar codebases, ask hard questions, and challenge the status quo.
Engineering Rigor: Solid grasp of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and writing clean, testable code.
