Role Overview
We are looking for a UX/Interaction Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning and delivering intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences within in-vehicle environments and mobility ecosystems. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in shaping the next generation of user experiences for the automotive industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Design and deliver industry-leading interaction design solutions across concept, business pursuit, and production-level programs.
Collaborate in user research, market trend analysis, and data synthesis to inform and support the design strategy.
Understand technical and business requirements, as well as system constraints, to design feasible and impactful experiences.
Translate complex requirements into intuitive interaction models, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Communicate design concepts effectively through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and verbal presentations.
Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and program stakeholders to align project goals with creative output.
Create and iterate interactive mock-ups and digital prototypes using appropriate tools.
Take initiative and ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timelines.
Support and mentor junior designers and interns as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree/Diploma in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related discipline from a reputed design school.
1–3 years of relevant experience in UX/UI or interaction design, preferably in the automotive or mobility industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, and systems-level interaction design.
