Associate Manager - CRM Electrical

Job Purpose: To ensure reliable and efficient operation of all
electrical systems, equipment, and utilities during the assigned shift by
leading the electrical maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for
troubleshooting electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime,
implementing preventive maintenance plans, maintaining safety standards,
and supporting production continuity through timely technical
intervention.
Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Degree
in Electrical Engineering with 6-8years’
Experience
Key Skills & Competencies:
 Strong knowledge of
electrical systems, MCC, PCC, AC/DC drives, PLC & HMI, EOT Cranes, Motors, and
automation equipment communication system.cold rolling mill’s and slitting
rewinding lines.
 Expertise in
troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults.
 Familiar with preventive
and predictive maintenance practices.
 Understanding of
industrial safety standards and electrical codes.
 Ability to read and
interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
 Experience in energy
management and load distribution.
 Leadership and team
management skills to guide shift electricians and technicians.
 Quick decision-making and
problem-solving ability during breakdowns.
 Effective communication
and coordination with production and maintenance teams.
