Manager - CBL Electrical

Job Purpose: To ensure reliable and efficient operation of all
electrical systems, equipment, and utilities during the assigned shift by
leading the electrical maintenance team.

Description of the role
The role is responsible for
troubleshooting electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime,
implementing preventive maintenance plans, maintaining safety standards,
and supporting production continuity through timely technical
intervention.
Qualifications & Experience: 8-10 years Degree
in Electrical Engineering
Key Skills & Competencies:
 Strong knowledge of
electrical systems, MCC, PCC, AC /DC Drives, PLCs, HMI, EOT Cranes, Motors, and
automation equipment. Power system.CBM,PM,PLC Communication & computer
architecture,SCADA,HMI, knowledge of Joining /punching Press, Annealing lines
 Expertise in
troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults.
 Familiar with preventive
and predictive maintenance practices.
 Understanding of
industrial safety standards and electrical codes.
 Ability to read and
interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
 Experience in energy
management and load distribution.
 Leadership and team
management skills to guide shift electricians and Shift incharge.
 Quick decision-making and
problem-solving ability during breakdowns.
 Effective communication
and coordination with production and maintenance teams.
Ability to solve problem by
finding appropriate CAPA & root cause.
