Senior Talent Sourcer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer based in Brazil.
This is a hands-on sourcing role focused on building high-quality candidate pipelines across technical and go-to-market positions.
You’ll combine strategic sourcing expertise with automation and modern recruiting technology to identify exceptional talent at scale.
The role requires strong attention to detail, disciplined pipeline management, and a methodical approach to documenting searches and candidate activity.
You’ll translate hiring requirements into targeted sourcing strategies and continuously refine searches based on pipeline performance.
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you’ll help calibrate searches, improve candidate quality, and close sourcing gaps.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experiment with new sourcing platforms, workflows, and AI-powered recruiting tools in a rapidly evolving environment.
