Role & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage high-potential candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other talent platforms aligned to client JDs.
Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit, role alignment, and motivation—building rapport and managing candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requisition intake ➜ sourcing ➜ screening ➜ scheduling ➜ offer closure.
Hit aggressive monthly hiring targets with accuracy, delivering qualified shortlists and closing roles within SLAs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements, feedback loops, and candidate feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain ATS and CRM records with precision, ensuring candidate data integrity and pipeline visibility.
