Description:
The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of applications and tools that support the financial firm's private cloud and virtualization operations. This role delivers robust, user-friendly, and scalable solutions that enhance infrastructure management and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new features and enhancements for existing applications, covering both UI and API layers.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Manage database interactions and optimize queries for performance.
Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring high quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues across the stack.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural discussions.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in an enterprise IT or infrastructure domain.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and RESTful API design. Familiarity with private cloud/virtualization concepts and APIs. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
