This is a paid, remote research opportunity focused on how architecture firms manage and structure operational data for post-training evaluations. You will participate in a video interview to discuss real-world workflows for transforming messy, unstructured architectural data into usable evaluations and structured formats. The study provides an opportunity to share practical insights into the tools, methodologies, and processes your team relies on. You will also review hypothetical data-transformation scenarios and provide feedback on workflow efficiency and potential improvements. The role is particularly suited to professionals working across data operations, BIM, technical architecture, or internal workflow management. Your experience will help inform a deeper understanding of current practices and challenges in specialized architectural data management.
Accountabilities
Participate in a remote video interview focused on how architecture firms transform unstructured operational data into structured evaluations and usable formats.
Walk through your day-to-day data management processes, including workflows related to post-training evaluations and internal architectural data.
Explain the tools, systems, methodologies, and practices your team uses to organize, manage, and structure operational information.
Review hypothetical data-structuring scenarios and provide practical feedback on their efficiency, usability, and potential workflow improvements.
Share relevant professional experience and real-world perspectives on the challenges involved in managing messy or specialized architectural data.
Requirements
Professional experience managing data operations, workflows, or related processes within an architecture firm.
Hands-on experience transforming unstructured or messy operational data into structured formats, evaluations, or usable datasets.
Familiarity with post-training evaluations, internal data management, and operational workflows within an architectural environment.
Experience as an operations specialist, data manager, BIM manager, technical architect, or internal workflow specialist is relevant to the study.
Ability to clearly explain technical and operational workflows and discuss the tools and methodologies used by your team.
Comfortable participating in a remote video interview and sharing practical insights about professional processes and experiences.
