About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Drizzle ORM, along with experience building scalable cloud-native solutions and integrating AI-powered capabilities into business applications. The role involves collaborating with product managers, architects, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance applications while driving engineering best practices, architectural standards, and innovation initiatives.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using modern web technologies.
Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js and Fastify.
Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental data-fetching strategies using Next.js.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
Create reusable UI components and design systems.
Optimize web application performance, accessibility, SEO, and user experience.
Implement state management, data-fetching patterns, and UI architecture standards.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
Build event-driven and asynchronous processing workflows.
Implement validation, serialization, and schema-driven development using Zod.
Ensure system reliability, observability, and fault tolerance.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
Implement data access layers using Drizzle ORM.
Develop caching strategies using Redis to enhance application performance and scalability.
Perform database tuning, indexing, query optimization, and performance monitoring.
Design and deploy cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Implement containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Build CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML, and RBAC.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities and Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and solution planning.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong expertise in Next.js and React.js.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong understanding of responsive web design and component-based architecture.
Experience with state management libraries and modern frontend architecture.
Expertise in Node.js and Fastify.
Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of event-driven systems and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on experience with Zod for schema validation.
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
Experience with Redis caching and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Drizzle ORM.
Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation practices.
Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, SAML, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Experience implementing secure API architectures and application security best practices.
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and AI-powered solutions.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI APIs, and intelligent automation solutions.
Strong system design, architectural, and engineering leadership skills.
Experience mentoring developers and conducting technical reviews.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
