About Position:
We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Partner - Data & Analytics to lead strategic customer engagements and large-scale delivery portfolios across Data & Analytics programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong delivery leadership experience, deep expertise in Data & Analytics technologies, and proven success in managing large customer portfolios, complex transformation programs, and high-performing delivery teams.

What You'll Do:
Lead and govern large-scale Data & Analytics delivery programs across multiple customers and engagements.
Own end-to-end delivery management for strategic accounts, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Build and manage a high-growth delivery portfolio comprising Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Engage directly with CXOs, Vice Presidents, Directors, and senior business stakeholders to drive strategic conversations and business outcomes.
Provide executive-level leadership for customer programs and transformation initiatives.
Drive successful delivery of both Time & Material and Fixed Price engagements.
Manage escalations proactively and take ownership of critical customer situations.
Guide delivery teams on program execution, technology decisions, customer management, and operational excellence.
Lead large deal pursuits and work closely with sales, solution, and pre-sales teams.
Provide hands-on leadership for solution design, estimation, planning, commercial evaluation, and proposal creation.
Review and govern Statements of Work (SoW) with strong attention to risks, assumptions, liabilities, and commitments.
Establish and drive Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and industry-standard delivery processes across engagements.
Collaborate with industry verticals and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and drive cross-selling initiatives.
Ensure achievement of delivery KPIs, customer satisfaction targets, and business growth objectives.
Drive operational excellence by managing utilization, pyramid structure, margins, resource allocation, and delivery efficiency.
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for strategic Data & Analytics initiatives.
Mentor and develop future delivery leaders within the organization.
Support organizational capability building and contribute to Data & Analytics practice growth.
Expertise You'll Bring:
15 to 20 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles managing Software Development, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Digital Transformation programs.
Strong expertise in Data & Analytics technologies, platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems.
Proven experience delivering large-scale Data & Analytics programs using modern cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native data solutions.
Preferred experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences domain engagements.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-customer portfolios with a combination of Time & Material and Fixed Price delivery models.
Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and Cloud Data Platforms.
Extensive experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Proven ability to engage and influence CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
Experience managing large delivery organizations comprising 100 to 150+ engineers.
Strong business acumen with experience managing portfolios generating annual revenues between USD 10 Million and USD 20 Million.
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth while maintaining delivery excellence and profitability.
Experience managing large proposal responses, solution creation, estimations, and contract negotiations.
Strong experience reviewing Statements of Work, contracts, and delivery commitments.
Proven success handling customer escalations and turning challenging situations into successful outcomes.
Experience building and mentoring delivery leaders and succession pipelines.
Strong financial management skills including utilization, margin management, forecasting, and portfolio governance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability and willingness to travel for customer engagements and business requirements.
