Senior Full Stack Developer, Exp- 4+Years, Noida-58, WFO

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to own the web application layer of a new B2B platform being delivered to a client. Client and project details are confidential and will be disclosed at onboarding under a confidentiality agreement.
The role covers the full application layer: internal dashboards and workflow tools, a gated customer portal with secure document upload, user registration and authentication, subscription and credit-based billing, and integration with a third-party CMS via REST APIs. The developer works within a small senior delivery team - a Solution Architect who owns the technical design, and an AI Engineer whose LLM-backed APIs the application consumes - and demonstrates completed work in fortnightly sprint reviews with client stakeholders present.
EolasFlow is an AI-native engineering team: AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalent) is the standard working method, and candidates are expected to already work this way.
Key Responsibilities
• Build responsive web applications in TypeScript/React from agreed designs and API contracts
• Implement user registration, authentication and role-based access control (OAuth2/JWT, multi-tenant patterns)
• Build a gated customer portal including secure document upload and content approval workflows
• Integrate subscription and credit-based billing (Stripe or equivalent), including webhook handling and a transaction ledger
• Integrate third-party platforms via REST APIs, including a CMS/publishing system
• Own application infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, environments, cloud deployment and monitoring
• Consume LLM-backed APIs, handling streaming, latency and failure states appropriately in the user experience
• Deliver tested, documented, production-quality code; AI-generated code is subject to the same review standard as hand-written code
• Present completed work in fortnightly sprint reviews
Required skills and experience
• Minimum 4 years of professional full-stack development
• Strong TypeScript and React (Next.js preferred)
• Node.js or Python backend development (Express/FastAPI or similar); sound REST API design
• OAuth2/JWT authentication, role-based access control and multi-tenant application patterns
• Payments integration with Stripe or equivalent: subscriptions, metered/credit billing, webhooks
• PostgreSQL, including schema design for transactional systems
• Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar) and one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Demonstrable experience integrating third-party REST APIs into production applications
• At least one shipped production feature built on an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar)
• Daily, fluent use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalent), with sound judgement on accepting, rewriting or rejecting AI-generated code; this will be assessed through a live practical exercise during selection
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to present work to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable
• Vector database exposure from the application side (pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone)
• Marketplace or two-sided platform features: listings, matching, notifications
• WordPress REST API or other publishing-platform integration experience
• Transactional email at scale (SES, SendGrid)
