Responsible for managing the end-to-end sample lifecycle—including receiving, processing, sorting, storing, and distributing testing samples to relevant laboratories—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company quality standards. / Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện toàn bộ quy trình tiếp nhận, xử lý, phân loại, lưu trữ và bàn giao mẫu thử nghiệm cho các phòng thí nghiệm, đảm bảo tính chính xác, đúng hạn và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn quản lý chất lượng của công ty
Receive, manage, and sort incoming samples/ Tiếp nhận, quản lý mẫu và phân loại mẫu
Update and manage sample information in the eLims system to ensure completeness and accuracy /Cập nhật và quản lý thông tin mẫu trên hệ thống eLims đảm bảo đầy đủ và chính xác
Inspect and transfer samples to the appropriate testing team/Kiểm tra và chuyển mẫu cho nhóm phân tích phù hợp
Organize, store, and preserve samples in accordance with company regulations and specific client requirements/ Tổ chức, lưu trữ và bảo quản mẫu theo đúng quy định và yêu cầu của từng khách hàng
Liaise with Customer Service regarding sample status, Test Request Forms (TRF), sample receipt, as well as receiving and forwarding client inquiries or complaints/ Trao đổi thông tin với bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng: Các thông tin về mẫu, phiếu yêu cầu thử nghiệm, nhận mẫu, nhận và chuyển khiếu nại
Strictly comply with company regulations on document and sample management/ Thực hiện đúng quy định về quản lý tài liệu/mẫu của công ty
Adhere to safety, 5S, and sample preservation guidelines/Tuân thủ quy định về an toàn, 5S và bảo quản mẫu
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors/Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự chỉ định của cấp trên
Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):
Fresh graduate or 6-month experience in a testing/laboratory environment is an advantage/ Mới tốt nghiệp hoặc có 6 tháng kinh nghiệm làm việc trong phòng thí nghiệm/lĩnh vực kiểm nghiệm là một lợi thế.
Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):
Graduated from College or University/Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills):
Basic level; capable of reading and understanding English documents/Tiếng Anh cơ bản, có khả năng đọc hiểu các tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh.
Khác (Others):
Quick learner, meticulous, accurate, and highly responsible for sample management/ Nhanh nhẹn, cẩn thận, chính xác và có trách nhiệm cao trong quản lý mẫu.
Strong capability in logical sample arrangement and scientific storage/ Có khả năng sắp xếp và lưu trữ mẫu khoa học.
Proficient in using Excel or tracking logs for sample management/ Thành thạo Excel hoặc các công cụ theo dõi dữ liệu.
