🚨 Hiring: Senior Data Analytics & AI Trainer
IIM SKILLS is looking for an experienced Data Analytics & AI Trainer who can bring real industry experience into the classroom and train learners through practical, business-oriented analytics.
📍 Mode: Live Online
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🕒 Engagement: Part-time / Contract / Freelancer
💰 Compensation: ₹1,000–₹1,200 per teaching hour
⏰ Teaching Schedule:
• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
12 teaching hours/week
🔹 What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in:
• Advanced Excel & Power Query
• SQL for Business Analytics
• Data Cleaning & Data Quality
• Statistics for Data Analytics
• Power BI, DAX & Data Modelling
• Python, Pandas & NumPy
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Business / Functional Analytics
• GenAI for Data Analytics
Added advantage: Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Forecasting, Advanced BI, Data Pipelines, Cloud/Data Stack, Agentic AI or AI-powered analytics automation.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live, practical sessions using real-world datasets
• Live-build SQL queries, Excel models, Power BI dashboards and Python analyses
• Mentor learners on analytics projects and portfolios
• Review assignments, dashboards and projects
• Conduct assessments and project reviews
• Teach learners to convert business problems into analytical solutions
• Help learners communicate insights and recommendations effectively
• Teach responsible use and validation of GenAI in analytics workflows
🔹 Who Should Apply?
✔️ 5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics / BI / Business Analytics / Data Science or a related field
✔️ Strong hands-on command of Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python/Pandas
✔️ Strong understanding of data cleaning, modelling, statistics, EDA and KPIs
✔️ Experience working with real datasets, dashboards or analytical projects
✔️ Strong communication and teaching/mentoring skills
✔️ Prior teaching, corporate training or mentoring experience is preferred
We are particularly interested in professionals who can teach the complete analytics workflow, rather than disconnected tools.
