Full-Time Technical Project Manager

One seat. Orderly, deeply technologically savvy, and strong at management. Sit with leadership, understand the problem, deliver it to the team, and assign tasks with strict deadlines. General experience across agents and open-source systems, plus web, AI, ML, NLP, and VoIP.
The role
• Take requirements from management. Ask until the problem, success metric, and date are clear.
• Write a short brief: what we are building, what is out of scope, who owns it, when it is due.
• Assign tasks to AI Engineers, Research, and Voice with one owner and a hard deadline.
• Follow up daily. Surface slips the same day with options (cut scope, move date, add help). Never silent delay.
• Keep one board: ready, in progress, blocked, done. Report status to management in plain language.
• Run the team in an orderly way. Deep management, not status theatre.
Requirements
• Full-time Technical Project Manager. Deep management skill. Not a note-taker.
• Deeply technologically savvy: you can split work across agents, web, AI/ML/NLP, and VoIP without guessing.
• Working knowledge of web development: APIs, frontend vs backend, WebSockets, releases.
• Working knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, GenAI, and open-source agent systems.
• Working knowledge of VoIP (SIP, RTP, PBX/SBC) so telephony tasks are planned correctly.
• Proven at assigning work and holding engineers to dates.
• Clear spoken and written communication with both management and the team.
Nice to have
• Prior delivery of SaaS, CPaaS, or agent platforms.
• Enough stack literacy to challenge a weak estimate.
