This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Client Operations, Risk & Complexity based in Canada.
This senior leadership role oversees a broad client operations ecosystem, with accountability for operational excellence, service resilience, risk management, and complex client issue resolution.
You will lead teams responsible for day-to-day service delivery while strengthening controls, workforce effectiveness, and operational performance.
The role combines operational leadership with digital transformation, data-driven improvement, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization.
You will work across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Technology, Wealth Operations, and other enterprise partners to resolve complex issues and strengthen organizational resilience.
You will also translate approved modernization initiatives into practical operating models, training, controls, capacity plans, and sustainable frontline adoption.
Success requires strong executive presence, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to balance client outcomes, regulatory obligations, operational feasibility, and risk.
