Role Description :
We are looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer experienced in creating high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for government portals, enterprise applications and workflow-based digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces using Figma
• Convert complex requirements into user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Work within existing information architecture, approved workflows and design systems
• Design component states, form validations, error scenarios and edge cases
• Create detailed developer handoffs and collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate stakeholder feedback
• Present prototypes and design walkthroughs to senior stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with WCAG 2.1 AA and accessibility standards
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and interactive prototyping
• Design systems, information architecture and enterprise workflow design
• Responsive web and mobile design
• Accessibility and inclusive-design principles
• Usability testing and developer handoff
Experience with UX4G, GIGW, government portals, Digital India, e-governance, PSU or other regulated platforms will be highly preferred.
