Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with primary expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate. The candidate will design, build and support secure business applications and automated workflows, with SQL-based data integration and working knowledge of APIs, custom connectors and Azure Function Apps for extended solution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.
Build, optimize and monitor cloud flows, approvals and business process automation using Power Automate.
Design data structures and integrate solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint and other enterprise data sources.
Integrate third-party and internal systems through REST APIs, standard connectors and custom connectors.
Use Azure Function Apps and related services to implement custom logic, validations and integrations beyond standard Power Platform capabilities.
Troubleshoot application, workflow, connector and data issues, and provide production support.
Apply security roles, environment strategy, data loss prevention controls and Power Platform governance standards.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment packages and knowledge-transfer material.
Support solution deployment and application lifecycle management across development, test and production environments.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps, particularly Canvas Apps; knowledge of Model-driven Apps is desirable.
Strong experience in Power Automate, including approvals, exception handling, expressions and reusable flow design.
Good SQL knowledge, including tables, joins, views, stored procedures and query optimization.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication concepts and custom connectors.
Working knowledge of Azure Function Apps and common integration patterns.
Good understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, security roles, environment management and Power Platform governance.
Strong debugging, analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
