Role & Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and process automations aligned with business KPIs.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, marketing tools, payment gateways) via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Workato.
Lead code reviews, enforce Salesforce development best practices, and deliver unit tests with >85% coverage.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Support deployment cycles via Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and manage sandbox environments.
