Visual Designer

About the role:
We're looking for a highly creative and entrepreneurial Visual Designer to own the visual curation experience across our digital ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of design, merchandising, branding, and customer experience. You will be responsible for shaping how customers discover products and categories across our App, Website, Homepage, Category Pages, Brand Pages, Campaign Landing Pages, and Editorial Experiences.
The ideal candidate understands how great brands tell stories through curation. They know that a storefront is more than a collection of products—it is an experience that influences discovery, consideration, and conversion.
This is a high-agency role within a fast-growing startup. We're looking for someone who can independently identify opportunities, create solutions, and execute with speed and ownership.
What You'll Do:
Create Best-in-Class Curation Experiences
Design and manage homepage, category pages, brand pages, seasonal shops, collections, and campaign landing pages.
Translate business priorities into visually engaging storefront experiences.
Develop merchandising narratives around seasons, festivals, trends, launches, and customer needs.
Curate products, imagery, content, and layouts to create highly engaging shopping experiences.
Build compelling discovery journeys that help customers navigate products through themes, occasions, trends, and lifestyles.
Drive Visual Excellence
Establish and maintain a story telling visual language across all storefront surfaces.
Ensure consistency across brand identity, photography, graphics, typography, and content presentation.
Continuously elevate the quality of design and storytelling across customer touchpoints.
Collaborate Across Functions
Partner with Category, Marketing, Brand, Content, Product, and Growth teams.
Translate campaign briefs into immersive landing page experiences.
Align merchandising, creative, and commercial objectives.
Leverage Data & Insights
Monitor engagement, CTR, conversion, and discovery metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys through better visual merchandising.
Balance creativity with commercial outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Experience
6+ years of experience in Creative, Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce Design, Digital Merchandising, or Brand Experience roles.
Prior experience in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, magazine, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
Skills
Exceptional visual design and aesthetic judgment.
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and customer experience.
Deep appreciation for lifestyle, design, and culture.
Ability to curate products and content into compelling narratives.
Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising and digital storefront design.
Comfortable working with Figma and modern design tools.
Ability to combine creative intuition with data-driven decision-making.
