As a Corporate Relations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new corporate clients, guiding them through onboarding, platform setup, and day-to-day operational support. This role requires a client-focused professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work across compliance, technical, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated frontline contact for new corporate accounts, guiding key stakeholders through the initial setup process
Lead platform walk-throughs and demonstrations to educate clients on Client Area functionality, navigation, and available product options
Configure new client accounts and assist with system preferences to ensure a smooth transition to operational status
Guide corporate clients through the collection, completion, and submission of required legal, operational, and onboarding documentation
Review submitted documents for completeness and coordinate with compliance or legal teams to resolve verification delays
Provide frontline troubleshooting and assistance for any issues or questions encountered within the Client Area during onboarding
Diagnose platform usability friction points, serving as the bridge between corporate clients and internal technical support or engineering teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within banking, fintech, or financial services
Experience working with corporate clients and managing account onboarding processes
Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation requirements and compliance processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Tech-savvy with the ability to explain platform functionality clearly to non-technical users
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance, legal, and technical teams
Fluent English, both written and spoken
