Role Description The Information Technology Application Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain business applications that support Swan Corp’s diversified operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, implementing software solutions, integrating applications with databases and existing systems, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving application issues, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT infrastructure, operations, and business units. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring close coordination with local teams to deliver robust technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Application Development and Software Development, with experience in end-to-end lifecycle from design to deployment.
Candidates should possess solid Information Technology foundations, including system integration, security awareness, and infrastructure basics.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Databases, including relational database design, querying, and performance optimization
Candidates should possess skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), using modern programming languages and design principles including AI tools
Relevant experience with enterprise or industrial applications, preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or related sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality in code and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
