Role Synopsis
We are hiring a Delivery Manager Data & Digital Analytics (8-12 years) with deep technical expertise in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Automation, and modern data platforms to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale data and digital analytics projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a technology professional with strong technical skills, end to end project delivery, client management, and team leadership skills. Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, and Automation projects.
* Architect scalable, high-performance data platforms and pipelines.
* Mentor and lead Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, and Automation Engineers.
* Drive engineering excellence through best practices, governance, and reusable frameworks.
* Partner with clients to design technology solutions and lead technical discussions.
* Build and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and automation solutions using modern technologies.
* Ensure successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.
* Drive innovation through automation and emerging technologies.
We are looking for a technology leader with strong technical depth, delivery management, client-facing experience, and people leadership, with exposure to AI and Generative AI considered an added advantage.
