Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end project design and development, from concept creation and spatial planning to detailed drawings and documentation for architectural and interior projects. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram includes coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent, quality standards, and timelines are met. The Senior Architect will review and refine design proposals, oversee integration of technical solutions, and provide guidance to junior team members. Responsibilities also include participating in client meetings, presenting design solutions, monitoring site execution for design compliance, and contributing to research and innovation within the studio’s projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion.
Experience with Integration between design disciplines and familiarity with Software Development concepts as they relate to digital tools or BIM workflows.
Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and timeline and resource management.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and comfort with emerging digital design tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in architectural and interior projects, ideally with exposure to urbanism or research-driven design.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior architects and designers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a strong design sensibility.
