Vendor Support Contractor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vendor Support Contractor based in France.
As a Vendor Support Contractor, you will provide essential operational support to a growing vendor management program. You will keep user access, vendor records, communications, and documentation accurate and well organized. The role is highly hands-on and combines administrative coordination with regular communication across a distributed vendor network. You will help project teams identify suitable vendors based on skills, rates, availability, and previous performance. You will also respond to linguist questions and ensure issues requiring specialized input are escalated appropriately. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage recurring workflows independently. You will have opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and introduce practical automation where it adds value.
