Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Night Shift)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (US / International Client Alignment)

Key Responsibilities
1. Full Lifecycle Talent Sourcing & Execution
Execute end-to-end talent acquisition workflows across complex technical and non-technical talent profiles during night-shift hours.
Build and maintain dynamic candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and AI-driven sourcing channels.
Conduct thorough initial interviews, behavioral assessments, and technical screening to evaluate candidate suitability, culture fit, and compensation expectations.
2. Candidate & Stakeholder Management
Manage candidate engagement from initial contact through offer negotiation, background verification (BGV), and onboarding.
Partner closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job specifications, client SLAs, and critical hiring timelines.
Deliver an exemplary candidate experience through clear communication, proactive feedback, and structured interview management.
3. Recruitment Analytics & SLA Governance
Maintain real-time records within the enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and talent databases.
Track and optimize core performance metrics: Time-to-Fill, Submission-to-Interview Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Drop-out Ratios.
Report operational metrics and sourcing bottlenecks to leadership during daily shift handovers.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 3 to 6 years of core recruitment experience (US Staffing / International Night Shift recruitment experience strongly preferred).
Work Setup: Must be willing to work 100% On-site at our Ahmedabad office during Night Shift hours.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is an added advantage).
Sourcing Expertise: Mastery of Boolean operators, LinkedIn Recruiter, international job portals, and talent database mining.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills required to interact effectively with candidates and global stakeholders.
Negotiation & Assessment: Strong negotiation capability regarding compensation packages, notice period buyouts, and offer rollouts.
