Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in EU candidate hiring. Based on-site at our Ahmedabad office, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring local European talent for technical, IT, AI, and cybersecurity roles.
You will work closely with hiring managers to build talent pipelines across European markets, navigate regional hiring landscapes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle—from candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer extension and onboarding.
EU Market Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and local network channels to identify and engage qualified local candidates within the European Union.
Stakeholder Alignment: Partner directly with internal hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and define precise candidate profiles.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-demand IT, software engineering, AI/ML, and cybersecurity positions.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication, structured feedback, and an inclusive hiring process.
ATS & Metrics: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track key hiring metrics, and streamline recruitment workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring local candidates within the EU region.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of technical roles in IT, software development, and technology services; familiarity with AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity domains is a strong advantage.
EU Market Knowledge: General understanding of regional talent dynamics, hiring nuances, and employment practices across European countries.
Tools & Platforms: Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced candidate sourcing tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; strong organizational abilities to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
