Role Description
The candidate will work closely with the Senior Architect and Principal Architect, independently handling projects from concept to execution while leading a team of Junior Architects and Interns.
Project Design & Development
Independently handle architectural projects from concept design to execution stages
Develop planning, design concepts, presentations, and technical documentation
Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and coordination drawings
Ensure design intent and quality are maintained throughout project development
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, clients, and site teams
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination processes
Resolve design, technical, and site-related challenges
Conduct site visits and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings
Handle authority coordination and consultant integration when required
Team Leadership
Lead and manage Junior Architects and Interns as a project team
Delegate tasks, review drawings, and guide team members
Ensure efficient workflow and coordination within the project team
Mentor junior team members in design, detailing, and BIM workflows
BIM & Technology Integration
Work on BIM-oriented project workflows and coordination
Support integration of advanced visualization and AI-based design workflows
Ensure project documentation standards are maintained
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, knowledge of building codes and standards, technical coordination skills, project management capability, and the ability to manage projects holistically across all stages.
Experience with Submittals, including preparation, review, coordination with consultants, and tracking through project phases.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design coordination, clash detection, and documentation.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper, Microsoft Office or similar parametric tools).
Hands on Experience in AI based softwares /apps.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and with external partners.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Project Architect or in a similar design leadership role, preferably in complex or high-performance projects.
Candidate Profile
5–8 years experience in architecture and project handling Strong design, planning, and technical detailing skills Experience in Residential Towers, Commercial Projects, Villas, or Hospitality projects
Ability to independently manage complete projects Strong coordination and communication skills
Experience managing teams and consultants
Understanding of BIM workflows and execution processes
Passion for design excellence and technology-driven architecture
