Role: Store Manager - NEW STORE OPENING - OCT
Location: London Bridge, London
Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term (3 months)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Who We Are:
Card Cop is bringing the world of card collecting to life with a new retail concept built around football, cards, culture and community.
Our first London store will be a destination for collectors - somewhere to discover products, talk football, share knowledge and connect with people who genuinely understand the excitement of the hobby.
This is our first store, but it's just the beginning. We're looking for a Store Manager to lead the launch, build an incredible team and help shape what Card Cop becomes as we grow.
Store Manager Role:
You'll take ownership of the store, bringing together people, product, community and commercial performance to create an experience that collectors want to come back to.
· Own the store, team, customer experience and commercial performance
· Recruit, lead and develop a team of passionate Product Experts
· Build a culture around product knowledge, energy and a genuine love of collecting
· Create an environment where collectors and newcomers feel equally welcome
· Set the standard for brilliant customer engagement and community
· Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance
· Solve problems, make decisions and lead confidently through change
· Help shape the Card Cop retail model as we grow beyond our first store
