Role: Assistant Store Manager - NEW STORE OPENING - OCT

Contract: Full Time - Fixed Term (3 months)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Who We Are:
Card Cop is bringing the world of card collecting to life with a new retail concept built around football, cards, culture and community.
Our first London store will be a destination for collectors - somewhere to discover products, talk football, share knowledge and connect with people who genuinely understand the excitement of the hobby.
This is our first store, but it's just the beginning. We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help launch the store, build an incredible team and help shape what Card Cop becomes as we grow.
Assistant Store Manager Role:
You'll work closely with the Store Manager to bring the Card Cop experience to life, turning great ideas and high standards into brilliant execution every day.
· Support the Store Manager in delivering the overall store experience and performance
· Lead and develop a team of passionate Product Experts
· Bring energy, product knowledge and a genuine love of collecting to the shop floor
· Create an environment where collectors and newcomers feel equally welcome
· Deliver brilliant customer engagement and consistently high store standards
· Support strong commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve results
· Lead confidently on the shop floor and keep the team focused through busy trading periods
