Salary: £14.80 per hour + Monthly Store Bonus
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (Weekend availability is essential)

The Role: Retail Sales Assistant
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a sales-led role where you'll educate adult smokers about IQOS, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive store performance in a highly engaging retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Educate adult smokers on the benefits of IQOS through engaging conversations, product demonstrations and guided trials.
Deliver outstanding customer service while confidently driving sales performance.
Support the Store Lead in achieving store targets and maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising.
Support day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, stock management, reporting and cash handling.
Ensure all sales are completed in line with Challenge 25 and all regulatory and compliance requirements.
About You:
Previous retail or sales experience, or a genuine passion for selling and engaging with customers.
Demonstrates confidence when engaging and building rapport with customers.
Delivers exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.
Thrives in a target-driven retail environment.
Learns new products quickly and confidently communicates their features and benefits.
Adapts communication style to meet the needs of different customers.
Maintains high standards of professionalism at all times.
