Job Summary
We are hiring a Junior System Administrator to help maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. You'll support system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks under the guidance of senior IT staff, building a strong foundation in systems administration.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
Support user account and access management
Assist with backups, updates, and patch management
Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues
Maintain documentation of systems and configurations
Support IT security best practices
Assist with infrastructure projects as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
0-2 years of experience in systems administration or IT support
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Server+) a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills
