Support learners in understanding MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment, monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement.
Reinforce Responsible AI principles, including ethics, fairness, security, privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Guide learners in debugging models, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and applying AI/ML best practices.
Coach teams to design end-to-end AI/ML solutions using real-world datasets, technical documentation, and industry use cases.
Lead, mentor, and support learner project teams throughout all sprints and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, assign weekly tasks, track learner progress, review submissions, and prepare teams for presentations and assessments.
Conduct sprint retrospectives, maintain project reports, escalate learner issues where required, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and SMEs.
Maintain professional learner engagement, uphold Emp.life standards, and mentor new PMs/POs on project facilitation and AI/ML project processes.
